I have a new attorney now and one of my boys are home!!! However, I am having to continue my fight in two separate cases for my younger two boys. I don't think it is fair that DFCS can just cause these problems and displacement of families and not have to make it right or pay for the damages they have caused. They should be forced to stop any further removals that aren't needed without a doubt and made to be aware that if they do a large punishment will follow. I have also learned that even without some vindictive person making false allegations, DFCS can still take the power trip to heavily and ruin families based on little to nothing. I have learned much more about my rights, the rights of my children, and what DFCS is actually supposed to do legally. I am arranging to get more people involved and to pursue a lawsuit that would hopefully stop this madness. Money is the reason they act this way, out of greed, so maybe that is the very thing that will stop them. Thanks for reading my story and commenting as well. What needs to happen is the person making the reports needs to be investigated first & if found that they are making false statements...then they need to be shit canned (put in jail ). I myself have known people thats called social workers & done just that" MAKING & GIVING FALSE STATEMENTS" ! Even laughing about doing it afterwards. All I can say is the system SUCKS, in some cases these workers do their jobs but to some its just a sick game that they enjoy playing .
