On June 28th, 2009 I was playing with my daughters in the yard. They were catching Lighting Bugs. The police walked up and said and told me that I had to give them the girls That I was suppose to have them back to their moms at 6pm. I told them no that I was allowed by my consent order to make up lost time and this had been prearranged with Jodie and our attys. The Louisburg Police Dept, and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Dept. arrested me and my 83 yr old father (who is a vet of WWII and the Korean War) in front of the girls. The girls went screaming inside my house where Sgt Stanley threaten to break down the door if my mom did not turn over the girls. I was arrested for not following commands. Later on Jodie had me arrested for Comm of threats and a restraining order against me. I have not seen or talked to my girls since then. Jodie Braddy states that she was molested by her step father Larry Flowers. Jodie allows my daughters to spend the night with Larry. Now my daughters are with Larry twice as much. Emma has told her psychologist Dr. Meissburger that she is given baths by Larry. I will use this post to continually update my status in trying to get this resolved. Jodie has had me arrested for assault on a female in 1/08 in which I was found not guilty! She also applied for custody in 1/08 which is ongoing.
I would appreciate any advice or comments you may have.
