No, none of which you mentioned may be a crime but all together it would be enough with the social service laws to claim you as unfit and you will be deemed neglectful and your rights could be terminated on that alone.

He got out.  That is the only sure thing about this.  How many other children get out when a parent falls asleep.  This is not that uncommon.

The shots and the dental records though, that is where, I venture that they will hang their hats and will use that as neglect.

Has he gone to the doctor and dentist?

Talk to your attorneys about this.  That is, what is social services doing about his appointments and I would try to force them to take him to the doctors who you have arranged to see him.

In my humble lay opinion, that is key.  Get them to take him to your doctors.

I would also counter their pysch exams with your own. Or have your attorneys say; Pysch Exam?  Fine, our clients already have appojntments with Drs so and so.
DO NOT GO TO THEIR DOCTORS.
