So sorry to hear of your troubles, came across your blog researching the legalities of CPS taking pictures of my children. CPS was called after I reported my eldest daughter’s counselor for misconduct. She called CPS and said that we refused counseling for our daughter. She abused her position to waste tax payers money and time. I will be praying for you, as I know this is something that is just awful. There are so many kids in the world that are beaten and abused and when CPS is needed they don’t even blink….

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time which I am affraid is probably only going to get more difficult.
If you don’t mind, I would like to link to your blog as well as follow it and I hope you do the same with mine, as the more we get the word out in EVERY state that this is a HUGE problem hopefully the sooner we can get this madness to stop and truly PROTECT not only our children but our families as a whole.

Why does a police officer need to be at a messy house?? Sounds to me like you have some mighty pretty children who are mentally and physically healthy and you dared to assert your Constitutional rights and offended the CPS worker.

So you BAD BAD Person, you deserve to have your children taken away for not getting on your knees and sucking up to the CPS worker. Shame on you. Did you think this was a democracy or something??

Those pretty kids are worth a lot on the free and legal marget CPS deals in.

From now on as soon as cps leaves you need to take out your camera and take pictures or while they are taking picures you do the same, document everything, record any phone calls, videotape their visit anything and everything you can think of to document their visit.
