On Monday April 21st the kids grandparents came over while the kids were in school and got rid of two of their puppies. When Teresa got home from school she was furious. She blamed me and started hitting me. I held her arm away from me and explained to her that it wasn’t me who did it. It was her grandparents who got rid of her puppy. (I have 4 people who were in the room at that time and all say I never did absolutely nothing to her. Even Teresa says I didn’t do anything to her.) Then she went outside and her mom told her the same thing. This was the end of it. We went to the CPS office for a meeting on that Friday the 25th and there was nothing wrong with Teresa and their hadn’t been. Our worker was with us and knows that there was nothing wrong with her right arm it was in perfect shape. The next day Saturday the 26th Teresa was outside trying to learn how to rollerblade. She fell approximately 50 times cause she had never been on them before. She woke up the next day Sunday the 27th and her arm was bruised and looked pretty bad. Everybody knew it was from the previous day. She went to school on Monday and they asked her what happened to her arm. She forgot about rollerblading on Saturday and said the bruise must have been caused from the previous Monday when her and I were discussing her puppy being taken away. (Teresa said that if she had remembered rollerblading then she would have told them but she forgot about it.) CPS came out to ur house and Wednesday the 30th and said they are investigating the incident and I had to leave my house for 30 days or they would take all 3 of our children away from us. We have called our family doctor and also talked to the hospital. From what we have been told it is medically impossible for a bruise to wait 6 days then just appear out of nowhere and then be gone a couple of days later. We tried explaining this to CPS and they do not care. Jenice (our worker) said that it doesn’t matter whether it is possible or not for it have happened, they can do whatever they want to. This is not right. I have had quite a few of my constitutional rights violated for no reason at all. Jenice was not the one who came over causing the trouble. It was her supervisor Joan and her supervisors boss Wanda. Here in America someone can just walk in without a warrant and accuse someone of something that isn’t even possible to have happened and then throw them out of their own home over the false accusations.
