		<description>according to the law CPS and DCFS is it&#039;s own rule making authority. They are an unsupervised organization with absolute power. This means that THEY have the power to change their rules and laws at a whim to suit their own agenda and implement these changes prior to them being passed by legislature. 

google this.....writ of habeas corpus.......also the laws in your state and....the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997.
