Have you ever wondered who is watching CPS?

I do. I wonder who is in charge. Some one who doesnt have kids?

Someone who has a bleeding heart to help? But they really dont help. I mean there are times they do. Surely we all know of cases where the children should be removed.

But I am seeing that there are far more where they shouldnt. So can you tell me who’s watching them?

    according to the law CPS and DCFS is it’s own rule making authority. They are an unsupervised organization with absolute power. This means that THEY have the power to change their rules and laws at a whim to suit their own agenda and implement these changes prior to them being passed by legislature.

    google this…..writ of habeas corpus…….also the laws in your state and….the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997.
