Baby Bruce

We love you so much.. We are praying each day that the appeals court with return you to our family. Foster families should never be given more rights than your birth family just because they are unable to procreate a child of their own doesn’t give them the right to become foster parents and steal another families child… Shame on DCS of Santa Clara County and Shame on Ken and Meg Jones of Los Gatos for trying to keep you.. We will never stop fighting Baby Bruce a.k.a Casey

To our sweet baby Boy please never think for a minute you were ever given up. You were taken from us by the Department of Social Service of Santa Clara County California and your Foster parents Ken and Meg Jones from Los Gatos California. We will always love you, our arms ache to hold you. We will count each day that goes by until you are back in our loving family. We will never give up on you.

Hello world!

We truly hope that everyone out there will take the time and write to your President, Vice President, Governors, Senators, Mayor and anyone that has a voice to help make changes regarding Department of Children Services. It has become a private adoption service verse a reunification with Biological families service. I for one experienced first hand discrimination from Santa Clara County DCS and Will Lightbourne. My little infant nephew should have come home to Idaho once I was CPS certified. This was not the case. Not only do the foster parents still have him they refuse to call him by his birth name. DCS will not enforce his birth name. They stated “It’s just a name, he is but a baby he will not remember” This is abuse in itself from both parties. DCS and the foster family have lied to the courts and to our family. We must banned together for a change. Our case is under appeal but this could take up to 2 years so I’m told and we now receive absolutely NO visit’s. They are forcing us out of his life without just cause.  Please read our posts and help all families fight for reunification and Family First.

If you want to write to the caseworker with your opinion her email is malaika.mukoyama@ssa.sccgov.org her number is 408-975-5579 She has done nothing to reunify our family and keep him with us. I’m sure she will enjoy her bonus that I have been told by a very reliable source she will obtain once the adoption goes through. Please Pray for us that the only adoption that will go through is by our family not the foster parents!
