It also makes me so mad that there are attornies out there that are so afraid of DCS that they won't do anything to assist. What a bunch of spineless cowards! If I were an attorney right now I would take them on in a minute and not back down for a second. I would be the type of attorney that loathes and despises CPS,DCS or whatever their name is this week. It looks to me , that the baby has Osteogenisis Imperfecta, or brittle bone disease and should be checked out for that. It easily is mistaken for abuse but people who don't know a thing about these genetic problems. That is just a terrible story to read and very sad.
