My name is Janette M. Isaacs. I am the author of “The Game of Civil Rape” formerly entitled “The End of The Innocence”. My book is all about inhumane and unjust legalized custodial timeshare kidnappings, fraud, intrinsic fraud, conspiracy, cover ups and inhumane no contact orders resulting in complete truncation and alienation of children from their parents.
I want everyone who has ever felt the pain of losing a child due to legal abuse to reply to this posting with your name, case number, State and phone number. I am assembling a contact list for statewide and possibly nationwide proposals, ballots and initiatives. I will disengage in this effort if my appeal is given the merit is deserves. My appeal is now pending oral arguments at the California Court of Appeal, 2nd District Division 7 Case B207782.
In my case, the Court ordered a woman purporting to be a psychologist to engage in the act of intrinsic fraud. She was a former school volunteer of mine who was introduced into my family matter by my ex husband’s girlfriend to deceive the trier of fact and rob me of my 50% custodial timeshare. I have not seen my younger children for 2 years – all due to fraud. My story is amazing but not unique. Sometimes, I feel like I can’t go on any longer living with such unjust inhumane alienation but I believe that God knows what he’s doing and this is all happening for a reason.
I have not lost faith in our Nation – yet. If I lose on Appeal and do not get my custodial timeshare reinstated, I will gather each and every name of every parent Nationwide and I will work for reform through State-wide and nationwide petitions and demonstrations.
God bless each and every one of you who have lost custody and contact with your children due to legal abuse. You are not alone. Together, we are probably bigger than the Republican party. Alone, we stand no chance of making a difference. Together, we can be that change which we wish to see in the world. Let’s work together to create a better life for our children’s children.
