Case Worker From Tacoma Lies In Writing!
Bonnie Kirlan, a case worker in the Tacoma office of CPS. has flagrantly lied on paper work to be submitted in court.
This paper work known as an ISSP directly effects the permanent placement of a child. My Grandson.
Her notes say “****, expressed to his social worker that he believes his grandmother is the person who can care for him the best and though he loves his parents, they have stopped visiting and he is okay with not seeing them as much.”
* This child is seven years old and does not have the capacity to express himself in this manner!
* This child would never say anything of the sort.
*My witness to social worker visits has been the first words out of his mouth are always, “When do we get to go home?”
*This information is quoted from a visit to the children at their school with no one else in the room to witness what was said! This should not be allowed.
* This child more than likely said “Yes, My Grandma Takes Good Care of Me!”
* This child under any circumstances would never say he did not want to return home nor would he ever say that his parents have stopped visiting. Because they have not stopped visiting!
