This is a terrible mess and I wish you had had conpetent legal representation from the start. I have gathered that only you were charged (I hope I haven't misread your posts). If only you were charged, there may be a chance for your husband to regain your child but without you. If you were both implicated and both pled out, then, in my humble opinion, you both may try to advocate for a relative placement and guardianship. This, in my humble opinion, might be the only way to prevent your daughter from being adopted out or left in foster care limbo. My heart goes out to you. I am so sorry that for what you and your family have had to endure. The fact that you pled out and made a deal is not in your favor.
