God Bless you. You are not alone. I am the author of The Game of Civil Rape. I’m in Los Angeles. My case is on appeal – all about fraud and legal kidnappings. My case is somewhat different in that the Judges in my case authorized a woman who I used to volunteer with at my son’s school to impersonate a Psychologist – full well knowing that she was a fraud used to rob me of my custodial timeshare. My son cried his heart out for me for almost six months. My case is not unique. Our justice system has failed us. I will continue to pray and have faith in our Nation and hope that in my case, our Appellate Court Justices will deal with the issue of legalized and inhumane custodial timeshare kidnappings. I can totally relate. i am going through a simialr ordeal with my 6 year old son. and the state took my kid and placed him in a worse situtation now and I can’t get him out cause the system cuz. I am sorry. have faith, it will get better.

thank you for reading my story. i have had one bad thing after another, i can relate on the being dressed properly and showerd could be depression, the cps worker and her superviser that came to my home last friday, made a comment about the way i dress, apparently because i am “appart” of the military i should be and my home should be “presentiable at all times” a pair of jeans and a plain black t just doesnt cut it, according to her i should be wakeing up at 5am with my husband every morning, showering, doing my hair, putting on my makeup, and putting on acuratly attire. and some were in there i should be wearing heals. then she proceaded to tell me that then i should be cleaning my house untill my children are ready to wake up eat breakfast bath and get ready for school. ummmm ok so if i were to be like that, to me that would be neglecting my children, for it is that wen i wake up in the morning the first thing i think of is my kids NOT PUTTING ON MY FACE IN THE MORNING. cps makes me sick. and so does this school. hopefully it will be all over with soon. i went as far as trying to beat them at there own game, safty child proof my home, and i know there going to play the whole councleing card, so i set up all this stuff before they could ask me too even encludeing child behavior classes. i just dont understand how these ppl can get away with stuff like this. i did a smart thing and i decided to hire and attorney, before this was to get out of hand. im more scared for my children than i am of my self. the school has threatend my husband’s job, and then recently i found out that there were three sepperate allogations, 3 neglect charges. the only ppl i can think of would be all from the school. what gives them the right to take over the parneting of my children. i cant want to file a lawsuit, military or not, its comming.
