Children Wronged by CPS

There are other sides of CPS than just the parents side.  It’s the side of the children’s.  We had stepped in and involed CPS when we finally stepped in and decided my sister and her husbands treatment of their adopted children was completely outlandish.  This is not just one person but several persons that have come together as a family group to make sure that this does not continue.  We all called CPS and told them of what we had all witnessed.  From physical abuse to verbal and mental abuse.  Calling their children horrible demeaning names.  Arizona has a marketing platform that states “It shouldn’t hurt to be a child”.  Do they think that words and mind games do not hurt? They do. But for what ever reason CPS thinks that these things are ok for parents to do.  Luckily we have a lawyer that is helping us fight CPS.  CPS has even pissed off the Judge in this case.  The judge ordered immediate removal of the children from the home and a week later CPS was still ignoring the judges orders.  We had 7 affidavits in our petition and the powerful words of the mothers two older sons were still not enough for CPS.  The hearing is tomorrow.  Wish us luck.   I will be taking this public win or lose!
