Tired of Dealing w/ CPS
Hello my name is Stephanie,
I have two boys. 2 yr old and 3 yr old who will soon to be 4 tues 10-13// On sept 22nd my kids attended daycare normal routine till i got a horrifing call stating social services had came in and took my children, No explaination. NOTHING. Called social services. of course i have the most hateful social worker ever that was just plain nasty. All she could say was because My youngest son had a black eye FROM my older son. She said i beat them. I told her the story of with My oldest hit my Youngest. She acted like she didnt even care. the next day was a hearing but they told me basically i was unable to come bc it was just for judge to sign that them removing them out of my custody was for the best. OF COURSE it gets signed bc it social services they would NEVER exagerate anything. HA well we went to court they granted them temp custody until our next court date. they told the judge they are in the process of investigating other relatives but that is most certainly not the case. So i go bak to court 10-15. they did have a visit set up since i havent seen my kids since sept 22. but then cancelled said that children this age are very suggestive and if i was to tell them to tell social services that i dont beat them that they wouldnt be able to use them to testify or something along that nature. which to me is JUST BS i think they are just trying to get me to say something i shouldnt but as of right now im missing my kids. i need everyones prayers because my kids are my life. ive been on my own since i turned 18 i am a young mom. but i work full time and provide everything to my children this is just unreal anyone would do something like this.. Please keep me in you prayers..
oh and if anyone has advice on filing a complaint/lawsuit against social services please let me know..

I will pray for you and your children. DO not give up and fight them every inch of the way. Find yourself a good lawyer, write letters to your governor. make npoise and fight. I will pray daily for their return

Also have your attorney request a “taint” hearing. Children are often CPS will force children to “agree” with allegations. This is not the same as stating the allegation. I also recommend googling the state laws where you live surrounding local CPS practices. There should be a legal site where you can view annotated codes and print them out. You have a lot of work to do and not much time in which to do it. According to the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997, the state can move for the permanent adoption of your children and TPR (termination of parental rights) after they have been out of your home for 60 days. http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cb/laws_policies/cblaws/public_law/pl105_89/pl105_89.htm
Don’t ever give up! Do your homework and arm yourself with knowledge. There is a lot of information out there but you have to choose to use it.
