Corruption Reins!

9:04 am in DHS, Oklahoma, corruption, family court, investigation, police by Kidjacked Editor

On Wednesday evening, my children and I were having bible study at our home. Shortly after the fellowship left, the children and I were enjoying a little family time, watching television, when we heard three hard knocks on our door.

I went to the door and opened it, not realizing there were three police officers standing there. I walked outside and asked what the problem was.

They asked me my name, and how many children there are in the home.

I replied, "Three".

They stated, "We are here to take your children."

I asked in fear, "Why, what did I do?"

Corruption Reins!

The officers said, "We are here to take your children," and grabbed my right wrist twisting it behind my back. I fell to my knees and they pulled me to the curb, while hearing my children crying NO! NO!

The officers put me in the police car and signaled for a unit that consisted of three car loads of Department of Human Service (D.H.S) workers. They drove to the front of my house and took my children, and then told me if I signed the necessary papers they would let me out of the hand cuffs.

As I signed the necessary papers, one officer asked another, "Why did you give her those papers?" The other officer stated that the children are hers.

They did not tell me why they took my children away, until after I had signed the papers. I am traumatized now and do not feel safe anymore, in my own town. These officers and D.H.S. workers have traumatized my children and me. There was no probable cause for them to take away my children and the traumatic experience we had to face.

The system needs help. What must be done for the 10,000 or more children who are facing traumatic experiences just being in the system? The system is made to keep the people in the system.

It is unfair and unjust. This causes our children to grow up as angry teenagers and adults fearing the authority at hand. They rob us of our joy and destiny. Situations like this create a financial setback, for families already struggling, then to have to hire attorney, can ruin a family.

Families need liberty not legalism, free of manipulation and control.

The accusations that were recorded in the official DHS report are not accurate. They made up lies, testified falsely at court and there was no evidence of cause, for their actions. They lied numerous times in court. If I have to swear under oath (to tell the truth), why didn’t they have to?

Again the house wins; they stated my children have to go through a forensic investigation — that was not necessary. I still have a scared knee and two swollen wrist from being handcuffed too tightly and being pulled forcefully.

Please pray for our safety.

If you are one of those parents, who simply just can’t bear to discuss the intimate details of your breaking heart, a blog still might be a fantastic testament to your children.

Blogging Mom

Leave daily notes of encouragement to the kids, while they are away. Let them know what you are doing and that you miss them with all your heart. They may not read it until they return home but it may just help in the healing process.

Here is an opportunity to help ensure your children know they are highly regarded and treasured.

One mom has taken it a step further, she started a MySpace page and shows off the creations she’s made, in her “spare time.” at least she’s being productive and keeping hands and mind occupied. Check it out!

Congressional Hearing Needed

10:03 am in Arizona, CPS, Child Protective Services, child abuse, neglect by Kidjacked Editor

Mesa, Arizona — A 6-year-old little boy was taken from his home by CPS caseworkers, while he was being watched and supervised by his grandfather, a retired LTC USA. His mother had raised him for 6-years, alone as a single mother. False allegations were made to Child Protective Services, by his unwed, absentee, father so, CPS classified it as a dependency case, now the child has became a ward of the state.

This child was never abused in any way; he was a perfect example of a child that was very loved and cared for by his mother.

Once they take your child, it is pretty much over. They require you to go to their doctors and programs for months spanning into years. The mother only sees her child 4-hours a week, even though the Foster Care Review Board says the child should see the mother more often.

CPS ignores any requests. There is no accountability and the time ticks away.

My Child Lives in Fear!

Now this perfectly good little boy is going to counseling. They are using tax dollars sending both the mother and the son to counseling sessions with different psychologists, when if they would have just left the child in his home, he would have been just fine. There is nothing to do. This organization acts as if they are God.

In all of my life I have never seen such a travesty and I truly think that CPS in Mesa, Arizona should be looked at for taking little children from their home that never should have been taken from their home. It is kidjacking and this organization should be stopped. They are making huge mistakes and no one does a darn thing about it.

This child was taken by the CPS on July 25, 2008 and has been kept from his friends and his mother for over 8-months now and it will be a year before this is over if then. Someone has to do something about the Mesa CPS department. It is most horrible to see this child repeatedly cry for his mother.

Court Date: August 20, 2009

It is over in the Juvenile Court. This beautiful little child is being flown out to Utah from Arizona to a father who failed to parent him and has a history of drug and alcohol abuse.

The court has removed him from a mother who never endangered him or neglected him and was proven innocent in the court of those charges, yet CPS (Julie Weeks and Deborah Van Der Water) tried to prove for over a year that the child’s mother had a substance abuse problem. When that did not work so they went the route of mentally ill and unfit and forced her to take medications in the hope she would get her child back.

She did everything she knew how to do. CPS swept under the table the years of documentation of learning disabilities and discriminated against her and judged her because she does do things a little differently than the norm. However, she never abused her kids, not once and even in court it was said she was an excellent mother. After 6-hours in the juvenile court the judge said the child will be going to the unwed dad in Utah, that failed in all of those 7-years to even call or send him a birthday card.

This is a darn travesty like I never have seen. CPS of Mesa Arizona needs a congressional investigation and I hope advocates demand one immediately. Child Protective Services are kidjacking innocent little children out of the arms of their mothers, who have been there for them and now have ruined two more lives; the mother who has an empty bed for her little boy, who will never come home; and a child who can’t understand why he can’t simply come home. He has no idea how to deal with that kind of pain.

Alaska’s War on the Family

7:06 am in Alaska, CPS, child abuse, false accusation, family court by Kidjacked Editor

My Child Lives in Fear!

I really need some help here. I have been accused of fracturing my infant’s skull, although I have reports saying that doctors don’t suspect child abuse.

Office of Children’s Services (OCS) took away my kids after I tried to protect them by sending them to Washington, to be with a woman who adopted my son.

Now they are in a foster home in Washington waiting to be sent back up here. Mind you they are 2 and 3 months old. CPS in Alaska has lied in court telling the judge they have no information on the person who had my kids — when just the day before they had talked to the CPS worker down there, who said the kids were safe and well taken care of.

Please point me in the right direction. I do have a past CPS history but I didn’t hurt my baby. Please help!

Kenai Foster Care

6:50 am in Alaska, CPS, child abuse, foster care by Kidjacked Editor

My Child Lives in Fear!

My son is in foster care due to some behavior with alcohol, while I was away at work and he was with his mother.

The foster parents drink in front of him and go out drinking on weekends and sometimes drive with my 17-year-old son in the vehicle.

I complained and nothing was done. The foster parents then moved my son in with their 25-year-old daughter, who drinks and smokes pot and has a one-year-old child of her own.

I complained but nothing was done about. I’m told they can drink. I followed them for about 2 months, they continue to partake of the bar scene, so, one night when they leave the bar I call the police.

Well they didn’t get a DWI but his probation office is now telling my son that she is going to violate his probation because I turned the foster parents in.

This is ALASKA FOSTER CARE in Kenai.
