I didn't have due process either but I am finally through with dealing with them as of Monday now It's Time for Justice.... that is what your gonna have to do. Start reading anything and every thing about your rights, children rights, code of ethics of soc workers in your state. Remember you have rights and it sound as if they have broken some. Now my daughter is 17 she wants to be with me but the state said they will arrest me if I help her.She left the homeless shelter for troubled teens because the other girls were mean to her.What can I do?where can we go for help?
