A Mothers Cry

hello world it is nice to know that there are people out there that are willing to fight and not give up when the world tells you that our god given right to raise our children and love them the way your culture and way of life not be missconstruted  as abuse and negelet while people that are doing these things and are getting away with it. my story starts with being attacked by the school for trying to protect my daughter from being bullied and discriminated for being a mixed child. once I contacted the discrimination hottline and the nothwest justice project for covering up child domestic vilence and nto notifying parents for children being hurt, so they accused attacked me by calling cps making false claims that because my daughter had gotten spankings that when she feel at the playground at our house tand she got a bruise on her cheek that did not come from me spanking her yet they put it together and tried to accuse her ome of spanking her in the eye! who does that? so my children all the way to my new born was took even tho nothing was wrong with them. over the weekend i was harrassed and yelled at by the social worker to sign volluntery placement agreement when it wasn’t voluntary in the frist place they came with police and took my children crying and screaming my 3 yr. old who was 1/1/2 at the time was getting potty trained at the time and was on her potty when they took her off now she is becomming constapated because shes afraid of being took away from her visit for going potty, it’s gut rentching and i can’t do anthing about it yet. My children were eventually given back to me after finding out that cps had no court order and they had 72 hrs. to either get either a v.p.a signed or a crt. order to keep my chidren after 72 hours so big advice don’t sign anything without a court order. But that wasn’t the end becaeful when you think you won because they get angry and always have a back up plan. They came back 3 weeks later with a new social worker and new set of police and accused me of beating my oldest daughter into the wall because of family trait we were all born with we all have a crease in the middle of our foeheads I even showed the social worker my childhood pictures and all she could say was I see that but now it’s too late, what too late! are you serious? so again all 4 of my children were took away 2 weeks later we also were supposed to have family preservation services in the home to work with my oldest daughter about lying and how it can be really detramental to our family and other people but I found out that c.p.s told the thearipst to not show up and asked her when she was to come do the home visit and showed of the and time that she was to come by so they new i would be home waiting for her to come over I was clearly ambushed. Again c.p.s tried to get me to sogn the paperwork but they new I wouldn’t sign they just had to call and make the offer they thought I would be scared of the court but I wasn’t because that’s where justice prevails. We contested shelter care witch seemed like no one in a long time had contested shelter care so no one knew what to do so it was granted. so we got a judge that retained his posistion to see the children come home he even set a date and the social worker without a court order and get this it was because my anxiety medication wasn’t in y system I contacted the senerto and the omsbudsmen and they had never heard of such a thigng . then we moved to having suporvised home visits and it was going well all of a sudden new years day we were to get a visit and never aw our children never recived all call explaining why but we got a call the next night from one of the transportation workers saying that our visits were not going to happen and the social worker had called being cancelled until further notice and if I had a problem then to call her yet I didn’t have her cell nuber nor does she ever answer her phone or return any calls, so I had to get on the phone the next day and call our lawyers and the GAL yet no one knew what was going on everyone thought that we were still having visits and everythign was going well. when we finally found out we found out that we were suddenly being accused of MOLESTING OUR CHILDREN OUT RAGIOUS AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT THAT IT WAS GOING ON AT VISITATION THAT WAS SUPERVISED MIND YOU! time went buy and as they say time will tell all my children were examined with speculems and it showed that nothing of the sort had ever happened to these girls no scaring tearing and ample amount of tissue throughout their vaginal areas yet they still said that the test was inconclusive because much sexual abuse is hidden I’m sorry yu can’t hide a penis going into a 6 yr. old and have no scaring and suddenly become virgins again give me a break. Then my 6 yr. old came up positive for cocaine and tried to cover it up at first then when it came out they tried to say they had no idea who could have gotten it in their system, ironic lucky for us they had took our visits away and we had no way to blame us plus we were taking random uas that suggested such and nothing in our record showed anything possible so then they tried to say that I was sneaking up to the school and making them take crack rocks telling them that it was medication. Yet the people that they were with witch was relative placement had tested positive for cocaine at a doctors appointment and when we tried to tell the worker she completly ignored and when my 6yrold tested positive for cocaine they had to test the placement but when they had found out they had to be observed they threw a fit and ran out of the ua site automaticly guilt yet c.p.s still tried to to say they were not sure of who it was so I went to dcfs and made my own intake so someone else outside of my worjer could go investigate soon my children were removed thank God, we also found out that my auntie-in-law was digging toilet paper outof my oldest vagina in storing it in a jar in the freezer how sick yet they were never prosicuted for such illude conduct ,what is the worls comming to? Now they whant us to take a phsychosexeval for wht ? they have no evedence proving any of the allegations they just want us to give them something to go on knowing this could ruin our lives forever just having it inour record that we had to take one for any reason at all. It has been almost a year and still we have not been question, jailed,charged nothign infact c.p.s has keeps closing it unfounded and police keep closing the case, so they want us to voluntary go against our fifth amendment right to not put ourselves in jeppordy at any given time without any real evedence, our lawyers won’t  stand for it either and as I feel I know hat I’m not a preditor and don’t need an evaluation to prove it I also have knoen my fiance for 13 yrs. and have seen him with his outher chidren from previously relationships and never have even woundred such a thing so we continue to srand our ground and letting it play out I strongly feel we are going to win and beat this thign. Then watch out cause we will be redeamed for all the slander and lies and discrmanation amongst other things. C.P.S will have to take accountability for their actions for violating a mothers right to see their children no matter what we didn’t see our youngest children for 3 months and I didn’t see my oldest for 10 months I beleave it’s because the state knew that my children would spill the beans and it would show the true colpirates in this case now were at the end and give our side of the story and avenge the abuse of my children and of an innocent and loving family torn apart by false allegations and properly doing their jobs because of judgemental attitudes insteadof trying to work to better families but to seperate create fear and do just as they say their here to stop they are truly the leagal abusers and we need to come together and fight for our rights as parents to raise our children. my 6yr old was made to dress outside and change into her nightime clothes away from her older sister outside mid you by the foster dad we reported it and they were removed and reported to licensing , that’s where I beleave the paybak got even thicker because they had to tell the judge what happened in this foster home also my oldest daughter had hair down to middle of her back and it was chopped off claiming my daughter had done but when i taked to my daughter had done ir herself  but it was because the foster caregiver did not want to comb her hair what a blow to a childs especially a girls self esteem then my daughter was hospitalized with pneumonia for 2 days and I wasn’t notified until week later and also found out that she had M.R.SA possibly swine flu she could have died and I would not have known till who knows? witch is so fight for your  unexceptable. SO TO THE WORLD OUT THERE SAVE YOUR CHILDREN NO MATTER HOW HARD IT GETS PRAY WHEN THINGS ARE GOING WELL AND WHEN YOU CAN BARELY GET OUT OF BED PRAY ESPEASCILY WHEN THE GOING GET TOUGH.
